Self Esteem in Children

One of the best things a parent can do for their child is help to nurture and build their self-esteem. Feelings of value and self-worth are critical to a child, as these feelings will almost always follow a child into adulthood. Children with good self-esteem won’t be afraid to try new things, because they have a deep belief that they are capable and that their thoughts and actions are worthwhile.
